Hi, I'm Hannah

the start

From the moment I saw my 5 month old German Shorthaired Pointer puppy work a bird in the field for the first time, I was hooked. There was something so magical about seeing my dog get the chance to do what thousands of years of evolution and genetics drives him to do. The pure happiness, the raw intensity, and the fulfillment of that innate drive is a joy to witness. And I knew immediately that I wanted to capture the magic in those moments to remember forever.

I was gifted my first full frame mirrorless camera by my parents in the Spring of 2022. I knew almost nothing about photography beyond using my iPhone camera but after hours and hours of Youtube videos and thousands of photos later, I slowly began to figure out the settings and how to edit and present my work. Every time I bring out my camera, I learn something new and become a better photographer. I cannot wait to continue developing my skills and my style.

the pacK

McKinley came into my life in January 2019 (the very best Christmas present) at approximately 8 months old. This little 30lb Belgian Malinois x mixey mutt has been the very best adventure partner and fit into my life better than I could have ever imagined. And she is ultimately the one that started this whole adventure.

Rainier joined the pack in July 2021 at 12 weeks old. He is a German Shorthaired Pointer from a hunting kennel in Missouri. He's intense, driven, and lives to hunt. But he's also a goofy boy with one heck of a mischievous streak. McKinley, Rainier, and I have gone full send into the world of bird dogs and upland hunting and haven't looked back.

Bismarck and Kasper are honorary pack members who live with my parents in Southern Utah. Together the four dogs enjoy big adventures and hunting birds across the Southwest.
